Regular Language Classes

Payment

Course fees are quoted at a price per week and are charged monthly in advance. The monthly amount will vary depending on the number of classes in each month. If a class does not run because of tutor unavailability the fee for the following month will be adjusted appropriately. Payment is by debit or credit card and participation in our classes implies acceptance that the registered card can be charged for subsequent classes or materials. If required, alternative payment arrangements can be discussed with Chris Heath, Director, EuroMondiale.

Refunds

In the event that a client decides that the class is not the right level or otherwise that it is not what is wanted within the first month of lessons we will give a refund for any unused lessons. The principle of group classes is that the client is paying for his or her place and so there is no refund for lessons missed by the client for any reason.

Notice of Termination of Lessons

We request one month’s notice written to the office when a client wishes to stop attending lessons.

Holidays and Extended Absence

As we believe that learning a language is a longer term activity we wish to facilitate our clients’ continued participation whilst acknowledging that they may wish to be absent for pre-planned periods. So, not withstanding our policy above about not giving refunds for lessons missed, we offer a facility of a 50% discount for periods of two or more weeks’ absence provided that we are given a minimum of three weeks written notice. This will enable clients to retain their place in their group – and help us to maintain the viability of the deliberately small groups.

Suggestions and Complaints

Feedback from our clients is fundamental to our ability to continue to improve our service. We, therefore, welcome any suggestions or complaints and request that they are made either to the tutor or directly to Chris Heath at chris@euromondaile.com.
