Managing Personal Change

2 day course

Overview

The pressure in most people’s lives has grown hugely in recent years. The work demands are steadily increasing and the resources are constantly in short supply. Working hours increase, sickness levels rise and so does staff turnover – reducing resources further. This course helps participants to recognise the symptoms of stress and develop strategies to reduce its negative effects. It helps people to engage with (and even welcome) change.

Who should attend

Anyone who feels that they could make the environment better for themselves – or others. Managers concerned about their people and individuals who are under pressure will equally benefit. Anyone considering introducing significant organisational changes should learn these skills before they make the environment worse.

You will learn how to:

  • Identify the symptoms of stress
  • Understand the causes
