Culturally derived behaviour is normally seen only by contrast to our own preferred actions and attitudes. Ours is the "right" or "natural" way to do things - or so it seems. Differences can so easily lead to argument, conflict and breakdown.
Our CRATUS Model of Human Culture identifies 6 key parameters or aspects that differ most widely between cultures and lead to important differences in behaviour. Understand your own and other people's position along this spectrum to know how to bridge the gaps.
Increasing cultural awareness is at the core of all our training programmes. It is also the focus of two specific courses:
A one day introduction that explores cultural difference and the cultural profiles of participants using the CRATUS Model. Participants are enabled to understand the perspectives of other cultures and begin to be able to identify the perspectives of colleagues and business partners.

A one or two day in-company course that explores diversity of personality, culture, working style and gender. This workshop focuses on the mix that exists within a company. Participants work together to acquire greater understanding of each other and so value the contributions that diversity can bring to the organisation.
