Conditions for Intensive English courses.

Included in the Fees

  • An intensive language course tailored to your needs and objectives
  • Study materials for use during your stay
  • Break-time refreshments

Not Included in the Fees

  • Travel to or from the UK
  • Personal Insurance (all students are required to take out personal travel insurance to protect against accident, injury, theft or cancellation, etc.)
  • Meals and Accommodation (except as specified for Homestay courses)
  • Entrance fees to museums or attractions
  • Tutor's travel or entrance costs for accompanied visits outside formal classroom lessons

Deposit and Final Payment

We expect a 25% deposit of the total course fee to confirm your booking. The remainder of the payment is required 6 weeks before the start of the course. Payment can be made by cheque, credit and debit card, or electronic transfer.

Cancellation or Postponement

If you cancel within 6 weeks of the start of the course we reserve the right to retain 80% of the course fee unless we can arrange for other students to come in your place. If you cancel more than 6 weeks before the start of your course the deposit will be retained. If you postpone your course earlier than 6 weeks before the start your fees will be credited but there will be an additional administration charge of £50. If students leave their course early they are not entitled to a refund unless there are very special circumstances. If a student does not come and has not notified us in advance there will be no refund.

Conditions for Other Part-Time Language Courses

Booking and Refunds

Fees for group classes must be paid before the class. Depending on the particular class these fees may be required for 2, 4 or 8 week blocks. Payment of fees indicates acceptance of our terms of business. Fees for group courses relate to a reserved space in the class and there is no refund or discount for weeks when the client cannot attend for whatever reason. If the class is cancelled by EuroMondiale an alternative week or day will be offered in replacement.

We are confident that our clients enjoy and benefit from the high quality language lessons provided by our professional tutors. If, however, a client feels that they are in the wrong level or is unhappy in any way with our service they must address themselves in the first instance to the tutor and then to the Director on sales@euromondiale.com We will refund any fees paid that relate to outstanding lessons.
